So basically i put new bulbs in and they work and all is good but when i turn off and on the car they wont work anymore why? |

So can we just reiterate what you said so I can understand?
You put known good bulbs in, and at first they work, but if you restart your vehicle and turn them on, they do not come on or work? |

Start chasing wires from the plug up. Theirs a short somewhere. Check all your fuses and fuse connections too |
