I remember seeing a rumor going around that there was going to be a gamertag reset in (2016?) and the day it was going to happen, Me being estatic i could finally get the name Greg or Gregory on xbox was super exciting, I go into a party with all of my friends and tell them "yo guys, theres a gamertag reset happening soon, You should try and get some cool names!" they all scoffed and said things like"is it going to be free?" "why do i care about changing my name i love xxxswaggerman401kxyz"

So i was on my own, The time rolls by at around 12:00 and i tried Greg and Gregory, Both were taken so i booted up my xbox and checked and saw that they were VERY old players, I'm talking 14+ year membership users, so i slowly walked back to my PC, thought for about 5 minutes and tried "Hey" and lord and behold it wasn't taken, I took it and join the party with my friends and they were freaking out saying "oh man i'm gonna get the name reaper/Swag etc" i told them its too late and they should've listened to me, Even to this day they still regret it. I literally was in no rush to even get the name but i guess i got lucky, So lucky in fact that there's a person who messaged me for about 2 days straight on an account named "GoKysHey" because he apparently wanted it really bad and i "stole it from him"

Funnily enough i also have the name Hey on a game called Realm of the Mad God, I literally just asked a dev if i could have the name since it was inactive and they just outright gave it to me, It's still a somewhat popular game so i was pretty shocked
