TTG-EDD wrote The summer/ heat. Can't stand working on building sites when it's hot.
I'm a dryliner putting up drywalls and ceiling. Sometimes we have to insulate. You get so itchy and sweating it's unreal.

When working in labouring we get 10 minute breaks in each hour, helps with everyone's fatigue during the day. Splash some water. Have a cigarette and a drink then carry on try have a word with your boss (maybe not 10 minutes, 5 minutes would probably be good) it makes life a bit easier.

I worked in construction.
The worst was the really hot days and in the winter, working under the rain.

My work is mainly employee focused, so they care more about us than anything else. Really great and I've had amazing leaders and helpful co workers.

My only complaint is our work applications, super unreliable
