apex is one of my favourite shooters of all time but I quit just before the 3rd map came out. I had nearly every character 4k 20 bomb badges until I took a few months break then it's impossible to get used to the game again with the SBMM. I'm in pred lobbies and I'm getting stomped plus the game is stale asf

Ya I'm a big comp shooter gamer but I finally tried osrs and v rising and I already loved player SWTOR there such good breaks off that sweaty shooters Bs

I hopefully finaly managed to quit for the last time. and i started around the release
That game messes with your life and you put all your free time into it

You should give it another try bud, the new map brought a fresh lease of life into the game. It's a huge map, probably too big for pubs, and I find it quite boring, but it's great for ranked (means you'll be third partied less). The new legends are also fun to play too. I don't want to be that guy, but if you're struggling to get back into the game with SBMM ruining your experience, you could make a new account and play against low-level players to get the hang of things again, and once you do get the hang of things, you could switch back to your main account when you feel comfortable.
