What's one habit you'd like to form into your daily life?
Mine is journaling consistently daily with more discipline installed. Have wanted to do it for ages but always stick to what I've been doing(Meditation etc) and need to work on it. |

+1 for journaling. I have been trying but struggle to stay consistent.
I always wonder how cool it would be to look back in a few years time to see exactly what I was thinking/going through. Getting up early is one I have managed to get (5am every day). I feel way more productive in the mornings. |

One habit i would like to form is being consistent going to the gym again this winter.
The reason why is; I was consistent last winter as I do landscaping and it's seasonal which helps me stay fit, get stronger and especially my mental so I don't go insane just doing to snow removal lol. (There's only so much you can do in the house) I plan on going again once I finish fall clean ups for my landscape company. Also to it helps me 1. not get sick as much in the winter 2. Keeps my energy levels high bc it eventually gets dark at 3-3:30 and without the gym I get seasonal "tiredness or what they call seasonal depression deff hits if I don't stay active! |
