Normally just onion, diced up Serrano or jalapeos (fused in the patty before cooking is always good or just on the side after is fine) pickles, bacon.
I eat at In N Out often and normally get 2 double double's without tomato add Yellow Chilis (cascabella peppers) and I ask for an additional side of yellow chilis at the counter cause I need everything I eat spicy |

Caramelised onions, fried mushrooms, tomatoes, lettuce, mayonnaise and always a side of homemade chips. Sometimes with guacamole too, depending on the season. It's our traditional date night dinner |
