Hello guys i am looking to build a pc , as cant find any good laptop deals that would work well for VR . My budget is around 2500 euros . including 32-34inch curved screen .Advice i needs it to optimize build spend as less as possible and get best possible performance and energy saving .
So far i have started with these components but i would be willing to downgrade if there is any better components regarding price/performance ratio:
Gigabyte Z690 AORUS ELITE AX - 320 euros
ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 3070 V2 8GB OC Edition -720 euros
Intel Core i5-13600K - 420euros
Cooler Master V750 PSU - 110 euros
MSI MAG Vampiric 010 case - 80 euros
32GB Kingston Fury Beast DDR5 5200MHz- 170 euros
1TB Seagate FireCuda 530 M.2 PCI Express 4.0 - 150 euros
Probably some water cooling system ideally 100 euro range
and 32-34 inch curved screen around - 340 euros.

That is what i have looked at the moment i end up to around 2400 euros total .

I'd say your build provided is somewhat good enough if you wish to go with that, however, my personal choice would be an AMD CPU over Intel for that price bracket.

The case of your choice in my opinion is poor - companies are terrible for making their cases look the best with all the RGB and sleek designs, but ultimately, performance wise in terms of keeping the system cool, it does a horrific job. I've gone with Corsair's 4000x case - this is my preference of case as I'm currently using it and can't fault it, it comes with 3 RGB fans and an additional RGB/fan controller which supports up to 6 fans. You could by all means select another case if you wish - Lian Li is another big contender, but when selecting their cases, you then need to consider buying fans on top.

This system I've built does not have a graphics card - seek for a 2nd hand one, retail prices are still somewhat stupid, check Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, whatever 2nd hand marketplaces that are open to you - I've done the build in pounds so its easier for me to work out the price points for things, but you're left with £723 (840 Euro), with that you can find a 3070 and at a push 3080 depending on what type of monitor you would like which is the other thing I've excluded from the build. 3070's in the UK in the 2nd hand market are currently selling for around £300-500 - you can easily get one for in between, if not less at £350-400, that being said, that then leaves you with say £348, plenty of money to then purchase yourself a nice monitor. I've left the monitor out because it may be dependent on what you can find a graphics card for/how soon you need one in that you can't watch the market for a good priced GPU to come along, although most 3070's should be at the price mentioned.

With the remaining budget if for example you get a 3070 at £375, you're left with £348 - this could be your choice, I think everyone has different tastes in screens, however I've recently purchased the Huawei 34 Inch Ultrawide and for the price, its incredible. It's depending on whether you want an ultrawide or just a big screen, but here are a couple recommendations via Amazon UK (may be on sale, so depending on how soon you get it if you chose it):

There are many options for monitors, I think once you conclude it needs to be 144hz+, 1440p at least, 1-2ms response time, its just then preference as to what you prefer - thick bezels, no bezels, monitor stand design etc.

Personally, I would 100% go for a 27 inch 1440p monitor instead - this will then leave you with about £100 more to spend on your system and at that point with what was remainder, you're in 3080 territory if you can find one for £450-500.

Thank you for your detailed reply i was looking at that G5 and have come up with new build very similar to yours what would bring down cost by ~200euros . that monitor would be hard to get me for that price even if i buy from uk most likely will have to pay import taxes and will end up costing more .

Personally, I would still change a few things regarding this build.

- First off, the CPU is fine, you save by going with something with less powerful by all means so that's a good call to save a chunk of money.

- The CPU cooler also works perfectly and its justifiable - I picked an AIO cooler as you mentioned you'd like water cooling.

- The motherboard is fine, perfect Micro ATX board, as with the RAM, works also.

- The video card is okay, as mentioned buying new, you will be paying top $ for one, so you could save buying 2nd hand. Another thing to note is a card like that in a Micro ATX case - the length of that card is 320mm and the case supports up to 345mm, it fits by all means, but it will be a tight fit.

- The case, going off a Google search, its another 'oh it has cool RGB lights, and looks nice' case as opposed to a solid build quality and good airflow - it looks okay by all means, but realistically, what case doesn't off Google? You can soon tell the quality when it arrives - it'll be cheap plastic, it'll feel light, the preinstalled fans will be terrible, the RGB lights, you'll be able to see each individual LED. Again, you're saving money by doing this, but its entirely up to you.

- The power supply brand, I've personally never heard of it so I can't really tell you my perspective of it, however, it's not something I would cheap out on, given your build price is in Euros, that makes an 850w power supply £65, which is half what a premium power supply from a main dealer such a Corsair offers - I recommend changing this to a 'known' brand, although you're spending more, its not something you want your system to be having issues with.

I would recommend stating how much you can afford to spend on a system as opposed to saying 2500 and then try finding places to save money, this way I can recommend another build to that EXACT budget with hopefully little to no flaws. May I also add, are you needing/wanting an ATX build, or was is solely because the parts were cheaper?
