I appreciate everyone's kind support. Here's what I have so far.
@r00t I'll send you any of the information I've found outside of what's publicly on this forum. His old shop: Archives/t=1839747/bga-repairs-l-...ranty.html Within that above link you can see he screenshots several eBay accounts and their feedback scores. He also notes an email sutton1264 @ hotmail.com - for people to place orders through or contact him. You can see in the final two pages or so, it's all people asking for his whereabouts stating they had sent him money and not heard back. On my old post from 2011 asking where nitz0 was, I mentioned another account named inoob3rt who was involved. I recall this very well after seeing that name - I was in touch with inoob3rt over AIM who was supposed to be the owl to communicate to nitz0 while "his laptop was broken". I tracked down that email and found his youtube account. I sent him (inoob3rt) an email as well this afternoon and this was the reply. Another character, Icy-Tank seems to have been highly involved with nitz0 at the time as well. I see he's a retired moderator here, but I sent him a message too. Googling nitz0 there are tons of ties to Icy-Tank being involved as a contact to place orders or get in touch with nitz0. Icy-Tank is also the final poster on my "where's nitz0" thread from 2011, stating he would ban anyone if there were any further posts trashing nitz0. He stupidly mentions nitz0's name is Travis, and I also see the name Travis mentioned elsewhere on TTG, when referencing nitz0. |

Hey! just saw this thread,
I don't recall the seller or issuing a ban connected to it, but this is 12 years ago, so who knows! it's incredibility rare I would ever inject myself into user a dispute of any kind, mainly because my position on the site would simply complicate matters. during that time a former admin (icy) oversaw disputes and sellers in the Xbox 360 section, if a ban was issued by me, it should've been because a refund of some kind may have been needed on the account, so the ban was passed to me. It's a little late, but I apologize that you had that experience. we don't always get it right. |

Sean wrote Hey! just saw this thread, Hey I appreciate you acknowledging this! It means a lot. Being as it was that long ago it's definitely hard to remember details of it all. It is nice to get some closure though just through getting my account back and seeing the scammer has since been banned. |

TopG wrote Damn lost two jtags & the cash for repairs Yup, it pissed me off. The guy nitz0 uses aliases like "TravisP1983" elsewhere on the internet. Imagine that, a dude who was 27 years old scamming teenagers, and MANY more than just me. What a scumbag. His buddy (inoob3rt) who answered my previous email is no longer responding lol. He claims he too was scammed, so in theory he would be happy to help provide some information on this guy, right? I am guessing nitz0, inoob3rt, and icy-tank were in cahoots. The icy-tank dude went to crazy lengths to defend him on myriad forum posts and was extremely threatening to people who would talk badly about nitz0. Pretty sad. Again, I was a 14 year old kid who saved up money for a long time and sent two xboxes to him - they are all garbage humans. If they were doing that crap in their late 20s, fully grown adults (who should have morals), I have no doubt they are still out there being shady. |
