I just built a new box. New B550 gigabyte board, new Ryzen 5 CPU, new case. New mouse and keyboard.
I installed my used m.2 nvme, and my used Kingston memory at 8gb. I installed Windows 10 fresh, and the performance sucks. Every click, drop-down, right click...every command takes about 10 to 15 seconds to respond. Safe mode works fabulous and response is great, but not in standard mode. I just cannot figure it out. Task manager says disk usage is low, CPU is at 4%, absolutely nothing wrong. Has anyone experienced something like this? |

sounds like a driver or PCIE issues in bios. If you could provide a snippet of a dump file or even a video that might be of some help with figuring it out. I've had similar issues and it came down to me installing windows on the wrong drive. Though this was through a PXE host, wrong drive still was the root. |
