Just to get some clarity:
You purchased a PC with cracked windows and it was having some issues so you decided to reinstall windows. Correct? When you say you deleted all old files, is this just windows files or is it literally everything that was there? |

If you didn't format the drive while deleting the files, perhaps formatting it and then installing could work? You should be able to format the drive from the windows installer. Once a list of drives pops up it should offer the option to format. This will wipe everything on the drive, but could be a good option.
How many drives are on the PC? Just the one you are trying to install windows onto or others as well? |
