My display went very odd two days ago and I have been busy backing up.

My video is from a card: Video Card: Tul Radeon R9 270X

Motherboard: Motherboard Model: ASUS PRIME A520M-K

Motherboard Chipset: AMD A520 (Promontory PROM19 A)

Motherboard Slots: 4xPCI Express x1, 1xPCI Express x8, 1xPCI Express x16
PCI Express Version Supported: v3.0

Suggestions please for a replacement card to suit the MB at sub £200.

Thanks.

Depends what case and PSU you have. Assuming your case and PSU are compatible, you should really try to spend a little over 200 quid and grab an RX 6600. If you're buying new, then you really aren't going to find anything worth it under £200.

If you have to buy new and your budget is strict, then you're unfortunately limited to an RX 6500XT, which is just a terrible GPU.

If you're comfortable buying used, £200 should pretty easily get you something like an RTX 2060 Super or RX 5700XT.
The RTX 2060 Super should perform almost identically to an RX 6600. The 5700XT will probably be slightly faster than both in 'normal' gaming performance but it will definitely be the slowest with RT.
