I am located in the USA and received a PS5 as a gift. The PS5 is from Australia so the power cords are shaped differently. I was wondering if I purchase new cords from USA if they would work fine.
I wasn't sure if voltage was an issue. I also wasn't sure is the PS5 itself is universal with the cords that connect to the PS5. Thanks for any info regarding using a PS5 from a different country. |

The PS5's power supply supports 100-240V. It will work.
Some revisions only list the local grid's voltage on the box and/or case, but all PS5 power supplies are dual-voltage at time of posting. CFI-10XX, CFI-11XX, and the new CFI-12XX. |
