If you're going for the ones you listed... well... upload those. Find tutorials and downloads from other sites and re-upload them here. I haven't finished those yet, but I'm really close to video king from uploading game clips. If you use the Xbox DVR, shadowplay, etc to capture your gaming moments, post the clips here.

Find ranks that no one is actively going for/many people don't have.
I did this for the reporter badge. I thought it was going to take a long time, but I spent a few weeks/months posting only HIGH quality gaming news related posts on the forums, I was the only one doing it at the time so it was pretty easy for the staff team to see what I was doing.
My tip for Reporter specifically is to focus on games/gaming world/tech world stuff that actually interests you so you aren't bored out of your mind posting the articles.

You can get a handful of badges from the Shoutbox, I know you use it but for anyone else looking for the same info... join the Shoutbox. This is a great time for it, as gold gifts are more relevant during the summer gold giveaway.

I believe it pretty much holds up for the achievable badges.
Back in the day these were the only badges other than ninja, wizard and RA.

On the ranks page you can hover over the rank info to see a short description of how it can be achieved. It's mostly self explanatory.
