Hello everyone, i was wondering if anyone on here had any advice. I am looking for a new weightlifting routiune. I am planning on going back to the gym for the first time in about 6 months. In December, I had an amputation on my big right toe. Sadly, a few weeks ago, when I finally got a new car, to get to and from the gym, I suffered from another foot problem. I broke my right foot.
With all that being said, I plan to for the first 2 weeks, go to the gym 3 times a week. I will probably just do some full-body routine. I don't have anything set in stone. After that, I will be wanting to go back to a push pull legs split. I really enjoy that split. I am looking for a new routine, so doesn't have to be that, I am open to suggestions. Only problem, is I am very, VERY weak. I have never been an athlete. I will have to refigure out my one rep maxes, and with any suggestions to a routine, if you could include the amount of sets and reps along side the routine, that would help a lot. Thanks everyone for your time |
