So I have an external drive that I bought to expand my Xbox one storage. I no longer use my Xbox one so I would like to clear it a formatted for my desktop. but it will not formatted and gives no options to format. Is there a way to do this on window or do I need a program?

Ive never messed with that stuff and dont use consoles very much at all anymore but maybe this vid will help you out.
