Just looking to get this resized for an avatar
can't seem to do it right

There's way to many frames to make this an avatar file size.

I've tried compressing/resizing and the lowest I could get it is exactly 100Kb. The Image is also extremely small, quality has been shot too.

You'd be better off finding another one some where

100x100 with 100% lossy compression puts it just under 100kb without removing frames.

Edit: If the one above is still too big (by less than 1 kb), this one below will definitely be small enough. I have added the same compression but I have lowered the colours to 7 which reduced the size enough to fit the criteria.

I don't know why but I kinda thought you could just use cloudconvert, with a png-Webp?
