I took it for a while many years ago. There's value to it, but I hated the feeling it had in my body. I used to feel all itchy and experience an unnatural energy. |

I take creatine on a daily basis. Drink plenty of water when on cycles this is when I notice my biggest gains. I don't do loading at the beginning as it upsets my stomach. It definitely helps me lift more and stay focused on the gym. |

FlexTaylorYT wrote I remembered it, I didnt keep taking it after the loading phase the last time, because it was around the time I was having some digestion issues. I know some people have had problems using the restroom after taking it, on very rare cases I believe. Just was wondering if anyone had any bad times with it. All mostly good online, so I will try deciding how to go about it. Yeah I would recommend a loading phase. That just helps you "fill" your muscle stores of creatine quicker. So ideally you'll feel the benefits sooner. After the loading phase you'll have to take 5g or so of creatine daily to maintain. If you skip a loading phase but still take the 5g of creatine daily, you'll just take a bit longer to maximize your muscle stores. I personally don't mind putting down 20g of creatine at once, so for me it makes sense to try to load and get the benefits sooner. Whatever works best for you! Also, I saw your other thread. I hope you're feeling better! |

got a few useful replies on this thread since I looked last. I will be starting my loading phase once my stomach is 100% better, because I too have had issues in the past with almost throwing up after taking creatine on loading phase. If that happens again, will just go the slow route, thanks everyone! |
