Silo

Silo is a new TV series based on a book series written by Hugh Howey. The first book was released in 2011 and the TV show, consisting of 8 episodes, was released in May this year. The general concept is a few thousand people being kept in a gigantic underground Silo. They have a video camera that shows the door of the vault and the dead world that surrounds them. The show tells the tale of the sheriff of the Silo and the movement of people questioning whether the image of the world outside is accurate. The show reminds me of the video game Fallout, if people were trying to leave their vault in the time period before the games while the dwellers were unsure whether it is safe to do so. Figured I'd recommend this as it ain't often that a TV series impresses me. I shalln't bore you any more, I shall simply recommend checking it out.

Shoot definitely going to be looking into this. I love fallout and if it reminds you of fallout I think it is worth a shot

I got you. I am off this weekend so thats when I will be able to get around to actually watching some of it.

on another note.. there was/is going to be a fallout tv series?? I havent heard anything about this, I would literally die if they made one

Yeah, Amazon got the rights.
It's coming out next year.

Oh wow. Thats going to be awesome but I will give this SIlo a shot as well.

Im a huge Fallout fan and have been waiting for a TV Show to come out. It is long overdue

Watched the first two episodes today. It is interesting thats for sure. Dont know if I truly like it yet going to keep watching tomorrow. I love the idea and setting it has. Was confused a little at first but its all making sense slowly. Good find for a show. I will let you know when i finish the season
