What is your budget and currency? $3500-5000 USD

What will you use the PC for? 95% gaming

Do you need a monitor? If not, what monitor(s) will you be using? Do not need a monitor. I have Samsung Odyssey G7 LS28AG700NNXZA 28" 3840 x 2160 (4K) 144Hz IPS DisplayHDR

Do you need a keyboard, mouse, or other peripherals? Already have everything.

Do you need an operating system? Yes preferably windows 11pro

Will you overclock? Yes

Anything else we should know? Prefer intel and nvidia gpu. Main goal is to play whatever game on high settings in 4k
