Ignore this and do the complete opposite. The anti-cheat is complete dogshit and many people have been banned for the same reason. If you haven't actually cheated then spoofing would be a terrible idea as you are officially breaking TOS and giving Activision a reason to keep you banned.

I mean does he have any other choice if he wants to play on his PC lol?

Yes he does. They may not be great options but it is better than breaking the TOS and giving them an actual reason to keep your account banned. It's been an issue since Vanguard and has led to people taking it to State Attorneys because their system is so busted :c

What other options does he have besides making a new account or getting a new PC?

Like I said, if he hasn't cheated why break the TOS and give Activision a reason to keep him banned. Evading a ban that you didn't deserve in the first place is pointless and solves nothing. Getting a new PC just to play COD is ridiculous and that doesn't change the fact that he could be banned again.

You said he has other options yet keep dodging to tell me what other options he has lol. "Giving a reason for Activision to keep him banned", bro he's already staying banned so I don't see what you are trying to say here? He's already tried to appeal the ban and they've told him they won't unban him.

So again as you mentioned earlier, what other options does he have? Sue them lol?

Appealing the ban with Activision means nothing as it is most likely auto rejected and is NEVER actually looked at by a human.

You say sue them as a joke but this a legitimate way of getting his account unbanned. This is one of the many incidents that have happened with Activision as their anti-cheat has had issues since Vanguard. IF he hasn't cheated and has nothing to hide then suing is an actual way of getting his account back as there would be no proof of said cheating.

There are a few incidents (I cannot link as it is a Discord server) but it is filled with many people who have had the same fate. I have seen multiple people file to take Activision to court because of the issues with their account. If he want's to accept that he is banned and not fight for his account by all means, he is more than free to do so and do the mentioned methods above.
