The channel I am talking about, I will leave my most recent upload, from today, so you can check that out, or click my profile from there, and see what is kind of going on with views, subscriber count ect. Which, I have approx. 22,100 views with 80 uploads and 376 subscribers, those numbers arent exact. But close. This is a long read, but I really need help. Thank you for your time. I really need the understanding from someone bc ive spent literal days amounts of time into research and i cant figure it out from my research.
So, I have been trying to figure out what exactly I can do better - to keep viewers engaged and feel like leaving support on the videos or channel or for me as a person in general. My average view time duration is terrible. Under 1 minute on majority of the videos. I know there are subscriebrs who interact with different parts of the videos in different uploads, so I know that there are people watching longer then majority. I think my content is decent for a newer channel, under 100 uploads, about 80 I believe as of today. I have been working on trying to get thumbnails figured out, but tis been harder then I expected. That on top of paying for editing can add up fast as I upload as often as I can, at least 3-4x a week. So it ttakes time since I usually write scripts out for my videos so they are put together the best I possibly can. I also have recently added intros to the videos and trying to start doing outros, but I have had a intro/outro i say at the start and end of every video since before like my 10th upload. So if anyone has watched more then 30 seconds of any of my videos, please, help me here. What am i doing so wrong?? On top of terrible view duration, it seems the amount of people I "reach" vs how many people actually click my video. Is a joke. like less then 1 percent. I get it, YouTube is a deep hole of content, but I feel like with my consistency and growth consistent from the time I came back to uploading again, I jsut feel like it should show YouTube, hey, im worth watching??PLEASE HELP ME, I HAVE BEEN PUTTING EVERYTHING I CAN INTO THIS. I HAVE FALLEN IN LOVE WITH IT. BUT I WANT PEOPLE TO NEJOY WHAT I UPLOAD, AND FOR SOME REASON, A LOT OF PEOPLE DONT?? |
