Just wondering, do you guys follow any specific plans for working out. If not, I strongly advise finding one, and trying it out and repeat until you find one that fits your goals and needs. I have been loving my Push Pull Leg splits, but I am really thinking about going with a 531 powerlifting program just for this winter. I am really weak and think that training for optimal strength, would do me best. I think building that baseline, of inital strength, will help, when my newbie gains slow down and or stop, then i could switch back to a less strenuous program, maybe focus more on aesthetics and start trying to bodybuild. sadly i know too well, you cant optimally train for both size and strength. but i do eventually want to be strong, and aesthetic, not just big and strong. |
