A build like this definitely deserves to be used with something better than a 1080p monitor IMHO, so I included a 4k160Hz monitor within budget. You could even find a cheaper 4k high refresh rate monitor, or go 3440x1440 ultrawide, high refresh rate with something like this;

Plenty of other decent options for case and/or cooler if the ones I included don't appeal to you. You could upgrade to 64GB RAM if you wanted, but I'd probably spend more money on motherboard before doing that. Motherboard I included is fine, but more expensive motherboards will have more features and/or I/O.

2TB should be enough, at least for now. More storage never hurts, but it's easy enough to add more at any point really.
