If you've never heard of it, it's an auction that's based in the uk and maybe Spain.
I bought parts to built my own pc on there and after multiple friends and family that have used it and said good things about it so I thought I'd give it a go. Turns out after spending just over £400 on a gpu, cpu, motherboard, power supply and other stuff I got absolutely scammed to the highest degree. I bought a Ryzen 7 and it came with the fan without the actual Ryzen card that goes on the motherboard deeming it absolutely worthless. The motherboard came in good condition tbh but the worst part came when I opened the Nvidia 4060 box to find a shaving set... A **** £15 shaving set that I spend around £240 on. The worst thing is I don't even have facial hair so it's absolutely worthless to me!!! (May do a giveaway soon for it). I've phoned and emailed them and explained and there's apparently nothing they can do. Anyway, the point of this post was to warn people of the site and to ask anyway if they have any advice of how to get my money back and is there anything I can do God bless |

I would chargeback on your card if you paid with one straight up. If you sent it via paypal F+F for some reason, not much you can do with that.
Banks usually side with their customers so worst comes to worst they may just return your money and take the loss on themselves. |

I am sorry this happened to you man, I'm sure if you rang/visited your bank you could probably dispute it quicker than waiting for the 15 days though? I'd always check on trustpilot beforehand, I believe there are actually some real police auction goods out there but John Pye I don't believe are. Just as criminal lol

Just as criminal lolyeah I rung my bank and the guy told me to wait 15 days first. They are criminals. My family and friends have purchased off there before with hardly any issues and it's just typical that I've been totally scammed out of my poo hole |
