Memory (RAM): 16GB of RAM DDR4

Storage: 1TB SSD for the operating system and games

Motherboard: Brands like MSI, ASUS, and ASRock often offer affordable options.

Power Supply (PSU): A 80 PLUS Bronze-rated PSU

Case: Brands like Cooler Master, NZXT, and Corsair have budget-friendly options

Looks like too much money has been spent on other places than the GPU. If you're building a gaming system, you should really be squeezing the best GPU you can fit in there within budget. An RX 5500XT or GTX 1650 isn't really anything to shout about, especially in 2024. In fact, they're almost just not even worth buying to be totally honest.

What is your budget and currency?
What country are you buying in?
Do you need a kb+mouse?
Do you need a monitor? If not, what monitor(s) will you be using?
What exactly will the system be used for? Just gaming? What kind of games will you be mostly playing, if anything in particular?

If you answer all of those questions for me, I can put together a parts list for you.
