So is their a tool out their that can virtually unlock it all and i mean hard unluck not soft or blueprints?

No, and if it were to exist it would deffo not be a safe tool to use, they already had 2 ban waves recently for unlock all and blueprint services.

Hard unlock tools are very expensive for a reason. They haven't been able to be made the last 3 years due to lack of very talented devs in the community. Soft unlock tools will always be a thing and they will always be way more higher ban rates than a Hard Unlock tool. All the ban waves you guys are talking abt from the last couple years are all soft unlock ban waves.

by unlock all services and they ban wave do you mean only cheaters or even people that got recoverys and all camos unlocked legit through a service
