So how do I cash out on Chumba, I'm on the part they want a bank statement form or a direct deposit check etc. but a statement form shows all my purchases and that like why do they need to see that?

Because most, if not all online gambling site / casinos will do that -- verifying that you didn't play with dirty money. They want to know if the money you spent to earn the "$4000" was yours.
Anything to stop the winners from getting their winnings, eh! |
