General Information


All accounts sold are full access accounts. You can change the information to your own upon purchase. You will be given the Activision email/password. All Activision accounts are linked to a private Steam account on the same email address. You can play on the Steam account provided or link the Activision account to your preferred platform (Xbox, PSN or Battle.net)

Warranty


To prevent fraudulent claims, a period of fourteen days warranty is offered from the day of purchase on accounts whereby you are not authorised to change the Activision account email. Once the fourteen days have elapsed, you will be provided with the email access whereby you take full responsibility and can update the Activision email address.

Despite measures being taken to secure accounts as much as possible, and the time of ownership before being sold, if in the event that an account has been reclaimed within the fourteen day period, a like-for-like full access account will be provided (within a -/+ fifty level difference). If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

No warranty is offered if you opt for email access at the time of purchase as it cannot be verified if the customer has changed the details. Furthermore, no warranty is offered if the account receives a permanent suspension due to cheating or the account being logged in from a system that has been previously HWID (Hardware ID) banned from Call of Duty titles resulting in an automated account ban.
