hey guys, i have no clue about pcs but i am hoping someone can put me in the right direction, i would like something that can run at least 150fps on cod, i dont need the highest textures or anything i dont care as long as im 1080p, i dont really have the money to spend 1.5k+ on a prebuilt but open to suggestions

Can you give me a rough estimate of what kind of budget you have?
Do you need a monitor and peripherals with the build as well?
