Hey all, Its been a long time since I've posted here! For all the Modded 360 lovers out there, recently it was found that the OG Xbox Emulator had some updated files, this is in the form of Xefu aka the Xenon Fusion Emulator.

You may all remember that we had 2009 and 2011 backwards compatible files, there was 7 updates done overall until recently there was nothing else done. When the Xbox one arrived on the scene this had to be configured to work with the OG Xbox games.
2019 and 2021 files have now been acquired and patched to run on Modified 360's

With the Xbox one exploit that recently hit the news users were able to have kernel level access, so have been able to dump games as well as dump files including new xefu files from the Xbox one.

This allows users to potentially test more games from the original patched xex files that have been around for years.

For yous that use Aurora this has now been updated.

You can use a tool such as Xefu Spoofer to change the xefu file used by your console. Simply open the Aurora dashboard, press the Back button > Scripts > Aurora Repo Browser > Utility Scripts > Xefu Spoofer. It will automatically download the script and it will be available to run

I will upload the files into the downloads section of TTG also under Xbox 360 Other.

For the official Compatibility List extracted from the 5832 Xbox compatibility update please see here

For a list of so far games tested using the Xefu spoofer please see here

As a community who loved this system always would be good to see others post their findings!

Please note : If you have any plugins installed, such as a stealth server, disable them prior to launching games as they are known to cause black screens. You can do this by pressing Eject immediately after pressing the power button to turn the console on or by having an an alternate launch.ini on the root of a flash drive with the plugins disabled.
