Hey Everyone,
With the winter months starting to approach where I am and work starting to slow down I decided I'm going to start playing some OSRS. I played the newer one but lost interest very fast. If anyone has any tips or tricks on what to do fresh out the gate that would be greatly appreciated! |

Quest quest quest.
If you are purchasing members I would start off doing a lot of the F2P quests then go do the Waterfall quest. You get quite a lot of combat XP and it is very easy to do. Assuming you are playing as a main you can utilize the GE for better gear as you get more and more GP. Ironmen will have to progress differently. You get quite a lot of XP from quests, and if you don't care for dialogue like most people you can use the quest helper plugin on Runelite, which I would download 100% over the base client. We have a clan you can join called "TheTechGame" so if you have any questions just ask us there. We don't have a lot of active people but usually someone is online that can help out. PM me if you need help joining. |

As cent said, Quests are super important because it opens the entire game without being locked out of any areas. Most people aim to finish "Recipe for Disaster" as their first goal when it comes to account progression because it unlocks the best gloves in the game that you'll pretty much be using for a very long time If you want to go on your own pace that's fine but there is a Optimal Quest Guide I'd try to loosely follow because it tells you what to put your experience lamps into. Like a popular method to training agility is to complete tourist trap to instantly jump from 1 to 26 because agility is extremely slow early on and doing that saves you about 1 hour of work |
