For some reason when I'm trying to download my Xbox account to my Xbox 360 it comes up with the error "credentials are wrong"
Anyone shine some light on this? |

| Do you have 2FA enabled? I would try and deactivate that and see if it lets you login. I've also heard of long passwords creating issues when it comes to downloading an account |

Tried adding the console serial number to the account. Still no success |

| Update** - Clearing my Cache on the HDD did the trick. Worked fine straight away |
