i seen people do it without a tool but no tut anywhere. any info would be appreciated.

Silent chair has it, it will get you shadow banned almost instantly because of people spam reporting you for using it. That will likely follow up with a perm if its anything like last year. Stay for away from it unless you do it on an alt account.
