| Lifelong Pats fan here, this is definitely an interesting hire. Feel like he didn't want to try another round this offseason with the NFL and not get a head coaching job that came with GM responsibilities like he did with New England. From what I've read he'll have total control at UNC even with the new GM roles at the college level. He knows how to evaluate talent so the transfer portal should be a gold mine for him, I just wonder how many players will actually buy in if they aren't expecting to play in the pros especially with recruits. |
