Apple rolls out iOS 9.3.4 with "an important security update"

4.5
Earlier this week, Apple released its third Public Beta of iOS 10, the next major update to its mobile operating system. The company describes the new version as its biggest iOS release ever, bringing a wide range of new features and improvements to its i-devices.

But the company hasn't ignored the current version of the OS while development on the new edition has continued. After releasing iOS 9.3.3 last month, it's now rolling out a further incremental update in the form of iOS 9.3.4.

The on-device description for 9.3.4 states that it "provides an important security update for your iPhone or iPad and is recommended for all users". Apple elaborates on the nature of the update in a security bulletin on its support site:

iOS 9.3.4

Impact: An application may be able to execute arbitrary code with kernel privileges

Is there any significant point in downloading this.

I don't really see the point of downloading this. I will stay on my current update.

LOL "Important security update"
You mean a useless update to patch users from accessing root for their phones?
Apple is such a corrupt company. They should embrace jailbreaking for the fact that it allows complete control.
Would you really want to update? and have apple control your phone? Or have yourself have full control.
Your choice.
