New Halo Wars 2 Gameplay Footage Arrives

A few days ago, we shown you a full match of the multiplayer of Halo Wars 2, but what about the single player campaign?

During a stage show at PAX West, 343 Industries showcased the first mission of the campaign, that serves as the introduction to the gameplay and basic units.

It looks really sleek, which isn’t surprising since the good folks at The Creative Assembly are involved. You can check it out below.

Following a delay, Halo Wars 2 comes out on February 21, 2017. You won't have to wait that long to play, however, as there will be a second beta that features a new mode. It's not known yet if the new mode is the one Ayoub teased today, but we'll report back with more details as they become available.

Halo Wars 2 is an Xbox Play Anywhere title, meaning you can buy it digitally on Xbox One and get the Windows 10 PC version free or vice versa.

Nothing wowing me about this game. Played he beta and didnt enjoy it, i guess these types of games arent my type. I prefer the original halo's by far.

Halo The campaign looks a lot better than the Multiplayer. In the beta they should have let us play the first mission so we can understand who these new guys are they we got to control in matchmaking. I know it was a beta not a demo but still.. the beta threw off a lot of halo wars fans.

Yeah definitely agree, I was bit confused to be honest.
