Call of Duty: WWII special edition leaks, includes season pass

The Call of Duty: WWII leaks keep on coming, with what are allegedly promotional materials for the shooter’s special edition now making the rounds online.

Twitter user BERNiE HiGHROLLER posted the images in question, which show GameStop marketing materials for the game (via Charlie Intel). According to the photos, the special edition will (weirdly) be designated the “Pro Edition” and will come bundled with the game, a SteelBook case, “additional bonus content,” and the newly confirmed season pass.



The leaked images also promote the previously rumored Call of Duty: WWII private beta, accessible through pre-order and dropping first on PlayStation 4. This suggests that the timed exclusivity deal between Sony and Activision will continue, meaning that PlayStation 4 players will likely get early access to all the DLC coming in the season pass.

While the leaks have been plentiful, fans have yet to see Call of Duty: WWII in action. For that, they will have to tune into the worldwide livestream reveal going down tomorrow, April 26th, at 10 a.m. PT.

In other Call of Duty: WWII news, fans recently uncovered one of the game’s locations thanks to a tease in a video by developer Sledgehammer Games.

I usually go for the og copy of the game but this one I have to go above and behond.

I do hate season passes. "Give us money for stuff we haven't announced" - How about stop being greedy companies and actually finish producing your game to a high quality before even thinking of your DLCs?

I'll be getting the game + season pass this year. Don't understand the need for steelbooks and the sorts. Annoys me how PS4 get early access to the DLC etc though.
