When this comes out, It's going to be Kinect only from what I have heard, I heard that it comes with Kinect, on a firmware disk.

This definitely didn't happen. I'm still unable to listen to voice messages, speak in party chat or even private chat due to the fact I'm on the Dashboard Beta.

Also, they never posted anything on the announcements section of the "Xbox Beta" channel on the dashboard, which in and of it self is still proof that there is no Kinect dashboard out.

If you got it, comment, because from what I've seen today, this is complete misinformation.

I dont get the part that says, "With the Kinect Dashboard update comes a warning telling those using drive firmware modifications not to update just yet due to unspecified issues/protections preventing certain games from loading."

So they aren't banning people for flashed xbox's? Just some errors?
