The map’s release window was posted to the Battlefield Bulletin Twitter account, but a specific date is coming later. The map will likely launch as part of the game’s June Update, which is expected to land in the last week of the month.
A following Tweet revealed that the map would also be available to any players that picked up the game’s They Shall Not Pass expansion separately.

It is currently unclear if the map will remain exclusive to those with the DLC access, or if it will eventually open up to all players. Until then, those without the DLC could still play it through the Premium Friends feature, assuming the feature is active when the map launches.
Another night map, Prise de Tahure, is currently active on the game’s Community Test Environment, but it isn’t slated to launch until later this summer. Both new maps are expected to be part of an upcoming Nivelle Offensive Operation mission.
