Payday 2 is now free on Steam to the first 5 million who grab it

Starbreeze announced that the first 5 million people who click the Install Now button on the game page will be handed Payday 2 free for life.

You don’t even need to install it right away. Just clicking the install button will add the game to your library.

Better hurry, because 5 million free game codes probably won’t last long. You have until June 21.

Or you can just go to the steam store, search Payday 2, and see if it is still free.

I use to play this game all the time on the 360, picked it up on steam during a sale when I first built my system and did not enjoy it nearly as much. It seemed like a whole new game. I haven't given it a lot of time either so that may be one of the reasons to me not enjoying it as much. If I one of my friends has it/gets it now I might try it again, especially since there is a whole new wave of players playing right now.
