E3 2017: Monster Hunter World Announced For PS4; Watch the Trailer

The rumors were all true- Sony has gone ahead and announced that a brand new, fully open world, HD installment in the long running and beloved Monster Hunter series will be coming to the PS4. It’s called Monster Hunter World.

Check out the trailer for yourself below- this is Monster Hunter, and this is exactly what a lot of fans have been asking for. Hopefully, now the series has a chance to shine in the west. Monster Hunter World will be available on the PS4.

I don't think I've ever played this game but It does seem like it would be a lot of fun and take up my free time.

Game looks quite good. I've played a few of the previous Monster hunter games. The last one I played was the one that was out for the Wii. I actually enjoyed it quite much on there. Definitely will be giving this a try on release date hopefully don't get let down

Really happy there is an xbox version announced, going to be spending a lot of time on this game.

Glad they didnt just choose it as a PS4 exclusive. I feel they would sell a lot more cooies this way. Good job

They later announced a PC and Xbox version too, Monster Hunter games are incredibly fun and I personally can't wait for this.

No need mate I read an article yesterday saying this:
"Update: Monster Hunter World is also headed to Windows PC and Xbox One, Capcom revealed following the games debut during the Sony conference. The PC version will launch after the console editions, but expect PS4 and Xbox One to get the game at the same time, according to the series Twitter account."
I'm not 100% sure if its true but I have heard other rumors saying it will be coming out on the Xbox One so hope this is true.

This was hands down my favorite game that was revealed at the Sony conference, I later learned that this game will be coming to the Xbox One which is great, will 100% be buying this game, the trailer just looks amazing. I love anything to do with dinosaurs as I love all the Jurassic Park movies, so to see a game released that has Dinosaurs in it makes me well excited for the game. I really hope this game kicks off, and would love to maybe see a collectors box edition, and have a figure of a dinosaur lol Also goes without saying the graphics on this game is just stunning, and such a beautiful environment.
