Xbox backward compatibility just added its biggest game in months

Shooter fans rejoice, because the latest Xbox 360 game to join the Xbox One backward compatibility program is right up your alley.

Microsoft’s Major Nelson revealed Call of Duty: Ghosts is now available on Xbox One via the backward compatibility program.

This is the sixth Call of Duty title to become available on the platform, which includes Call of Duty 2, Call of Duty 3, Call of Duty: Black Ops, Call of Duty: Black Ops II, and Call of Duty: World at War.

MW2 backwards compat would be terrible! They need a "remaster" because cba with all the hackers ruining it.


Nodus please learn....Xbox doesn't own the rights to these games. Its the publishers who decide if they want the game to be backwards compatible or not and KingCraig is right a remaster would be better, also its rather obvious that they will remaster it seeing as they remastered Modern Warfare already...that way they can make more money from it.

Brandon Another absolute TRASH game added to BC. When will H3 or MW2 become BC? This horrendous game was already released for X1 so why it's becoming BC is beyond me.

Halo 3 won't be coming because it's already in the MCC.


And Ghosts was already made for current generation. H3 MCC is completely different than 360 H3. 360 H3 will always be the superior Halo 3.

I agree with you. I cant undestand why they make it BC. This is also an 360 and One game... They shold published MW2 & MW3 as BC and not this games which are already published for One...
