Microsoft Exec Shares First Ever Xbox One X Update Screenshot

The Xbox One X will, in the end, just be another Xbox One, which means it will use the same OS and UI as your existing Xbox One and Xbox One S- but hey, if you are excited to see some of the UI on the new upcoming system, the good news is, Xbox’s Mike Ybarra just shared the very first screenshot ever of an update on the Xbox One X.

It’s actually basically exactly the same as it would be on your Xbox One or One S, except of course, the graphics show an Xbox One X instead of a One S. But hey, it’s good to see the UI on an eagerly awaited upcoming system- I know I got pretty excited about seeing the Switch UI in the leadup to its launch.

Hopefully and presumably, we will see more of the Xbox One X’s UI, including for functionality specific to it, in the leadup to the system’s launch later this year, on November 7.

Concise Just seems we're paying another £400 for a faster Xbox One S, just reminds me of Apple...


Then every piece of equipment should remind you of apple. Ps4 updates there is stuff pretty much just as often, and PC has stuff coming out every year. We dont have to upgrade, the old stuff works albeit just slower.

Echo Was hoping for a new UI but i suppose the One's UI is decent enough. That picture quality tho
