Xbox modding case dropped... the modder never pirated games....

Wondering why the big Xbox modding trial has been dismissed already? Well the major answer appears to lie within the fact that the defendant never installed pirated software on modified Xboxes. Earlier on in arguments, the prosecution accused the defendant of installing pirated software to verify his modding skills. However, in a witness report it was NEVER mentioned that the modder actually inserted a pirated game into the console. Interesting stuff. If he had inserted a pirated disc infront of the undercover witness ,he may well be looking at 10 years of jail. Now he's looking at zero!

they thought this guy pirated games (downloaded games that cost money to play) but they figured out he didn't. if he did he would gone to jail for ten years.
