Xbox One X Scorpio Edition Already Sold Out On Amazon

Update: It looks like Best Buy is also out of the preorders. Even though you can add the console to your cart, you eventually get an error which says it’s out of stock. Retailers around the world, like Amazon in Canada and the United Kingdom, are also reporting that the console is out of stock.

It looks like Xbox One X: Project Scorpio Edition preorders are sold out already on Amazon in the United States. While we expected the stock to be limited, we didn’t expect the stock to be this limited. Xbox One X: Project Scorpio Edition includes the console, controller and stand, but more importantly, features the Project Scorpio name in green lettering at the front and on the controller. There’s also an etched pattern on the top which look like a lattice.

You can currently signed up to get alerted when the console will be available but it doesn’t look like it’ll be available anytime soon. You’ll probably still be able to get the normal Xbox One X when it launches on November 7. However, it won’t feature the amazing design. Many places like Best Buy and GameStop still have the item but supplies are running out fast. Be sure to get your preorder in before it’s too late. Considering that Amazon is the biggest and most-preferred retailer, this is still good news for Microsoft.

I didn't wait I was first at my local gamestop in order to make sure I get it. Don't want this to be a Nintendo Switch situation.

There isn't going to be a Forza edition. Just buy the console and then the game. You end up paying the same thing anyway unless the console has been released for awhile. There won't be launch deals on consoles with money savings.

Yeah I ended up paying the same with my current one when it released. I'm not looking for savings or anything, I just love the Xbox one forza detailing and was waiting to see if the X would have something similar. Favorite console I'd ever bought. I'll go ahead and preorder the X I guess tho.

There was no regular edition. Only the Project Scorpio edition. Preorders didn't even last a full day online. Craziness

They did have regular edition, pre-order is for all Both Xbox One X and the Limited edition, as I checked :P



Where the hell did you see a normal preorder as Microsoft never released one on the site.


on amazon, there's literally a button that allows you to swap from the limited editon to the normal >_>

They did at first than they changed it to just project Scorpio edition. I'm assuming they will let you pre order the regular bundle soon.
