EA calls Activision's legal claims 'deliberate misdirection'

In light of last night's revised lawsuit announcement by Activision, Electronic Arts corporate spokesperson Jeff Brown responded on behalf of his company, characterizing the announcement to the LA Times as "a PR [public relations] play filled with pettiness and deliberate misdirection." The revised suit added EA as defendants in the case between Activision and West/Zampella, citing several alleged interactions between the ex-Infinity Ward heads and EA, a relationship said to have been fostered by talent agency CAA.
Brown continued, accusing Activision of attempting to "hide the fact that they have no credible response to the claim of the two artists who were fired." He further contends that West and Zampella "now just want to get paid for their work." Unfortunately, it seems for all parties involved that this whole affair is a bit far beyond the basic reconciliation point.

Call of Duty 4 was the only CoD that was balanced & fun and didn't get boring a month into the game...
Mw2 didn't get boring in a month , the main reason was that people cryed about commando after 6+ months
People hated commando from the start. Along with 6th prestiged people on launch day, OMA, Unlimited noob tubes, The "spawns", Host migration, Host migration failed, returning to lobby, game lobby closed, Match making, Hacks and glitches, Careless company. Yeah match making fails in black ops, but they have dedicated servers. i saw a kid join my game and he was 15h prestige with ```````````````````` as his name. Not even a even a Quarter into the game (it was a hacked lobby that was going to make us 15th prestige after game was over and he was host) it said host migration, new host came, it said ````````````` renamed to his real name (not telling you) and back to level 43 non prestiged. He was getting pissed just to tell you.

From what i have read about Activision and their dealings with companies, is that they seem to be money hungry. They (Activision) are very much capable of paying their game creators but seem that they do not want to and are taking the look on it, We can always find more coders.
D3AD_GaMeR so no more Infinity Ward????? but i loved infinity ward they have soul rights to Call of duty! Treayarch cant just say FK YOU call of duty is ours now! i mean this cant be happining! i realise they should have been less of a prik and payed the head of the company but wheres MW3? no offence but black ops gets old!!! MW2 still hasnt! black ops is so in line that it gets boring!
dont worry. I believe you, black ops got boring quick idk why though. Cod 4 and WaW were my favorites. They are going to make mw3 but it will be thier last.
