The recent launch of Destiny 2 has put gamers in the mood for space travel, making this the perfect time for the launch of the massive Grand Theft Auto V mod, Grand Theft Space.

After its announcement in early 2017, a trailer released in July revealed that the mod was nearing the end of development. Another trailer now joins the last, announcing the mod’s full launch and offering a new perspective of what the mod will bring to fans.

Grand Theft Space will feature three moons and 11 planets to explore, complete with a story that will take players on an adventure through these new locations. That said, the creators have expressed that the mod is not intended to be mission-based, instead serving as “more of a platform for experienced developers to integrate scripts/maps/and other things into the DLC in order to create content and expand the community experience.”
