Sea of Thieves walks you through a pirate’s life

A wise pirate is a wealthy pirate, and the new Sea of Thieves trailer offers up 10 things the developer wants aspiring pirates to know about the adventure.

Most of the information provided by the trailer is stuff the community has already picked up, touching on how the game offers an expansive, shared world, in which pirates can group up and set out to befriend or confront other players on the open ocean. The trailer does remind us of a few helpful points, such as Sea of Thieves‘ support of cross-play, allowing players on Xbox One and Windows 10 PC to enjoy the game together.

The dynamic nature of Sea of Thieves‘ open world was shown off in a previous developer diary, demonstrating the game’s unique weather effects. Our time at sea won’t always be a leisurely sail, and players will want to know what Mother Nature has in store for us.

Sea of Thieves is slated to launch sometime in early 2018, coming to Xbox One and Windows 10 PC.

Xbox I really want to give this game a try now. I'm sure it will be fun with friends.

Sea of Thieves is looking good and it's something different than any other game which is refreshing. I'm hoping it's not expensive when it comes out

Pretty cool to see the devs helping out those wanting to play even before the release - can't wait for it's release next year, looks like a quality game.
