Call of Duty: WW2 Winter Siege Event Announced, Bug Fixes Coming Next

Sledgehammer Games has announced that Call of Duty: WW2’s first proper event will be coming on December 8th with Winter Siege. Finer details are still lacking but it seems the bonus map Carentan, which is available for Season Pass owners exclusively, will be covered in snow and available to everyone for free. A new game mode will also be added once the event goes live.

A new update will also release next week which addresses bugs, a number of exploits for reaching outside the map, Party issues and brings improvements to the user interface. To celebrate Thanksgiving, there’s a double XP event that began yesterday and will run till November 27th. As for Winter Siege, it’s expected to run till early January.

Hopefully they get these stupid issues fixed its still really annoying... Pretty dope what there doing to Carentan i just wish they would add it into the map rotations already its pretty boring playing the same maps over and over.

Hopefully they fix this game. It certainly has many issues. Not a big fan of the gunplay but maybe I'll get use to it the game is mad inconsistent.

Am I the only one who still can't get into the servers. I'm on Xbox one and keep getting a error code 5 and 4220. Been 4 days now

I stopped playing early last week when they reduced the XP, found it hard to play like that.
Hopefully they'll fix all the bugs soon and I can return to a working game..
