PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Will Now Have A Team To Focus On Cheats

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds might be one of the biggest games in the world right now, but unfortunately with such popularity comes those who would abuse the system and take the fun out of it for everyone else. The development team continues to combat these bad actors, and has now established a dedicated team to focus on it.

This new team has already built an all new anti-cheat system that’s ready for deployment on the PC version within the week, and is currently on the test server. The new solution is focused on preventing the kind of cheating programs that alter or delete game files in any way.

The new anti-cheat systems, which the team will continue to upgrade to combat the constant new cheating methods, bring with them an enhanced in-game report function and file modification lock-outs.

USAA I without a doubt prefer the PC version over the XB1 version but online cheaters really push me towards playing the game on my XB1. I'm glad to see they're putting more of an effort to stop cheaters


I agree too, I only like the PC version because I can hit shots better and i can up my graphics more then I can to the xbox version. I also have more friends who play pubg on PC so im not usually alone when playing the game.


The game is about precision, and you can't do precision with a controller, so it's gonna be better on PC.


I feel like I'm more accurate in Xbox than I ever was in PC. Am I imagining things?

ehh it really is kinda overrated if you ask me. It may be a fun for a couple of games but not for a while..


The game is overrated but it is still a great game to play with friends and sometimes alone if im in the mood. I also wouldnt say its as overrated anymore compared to fortnite.


It really isnt. Fortnite is now the overrated game. It is very good to have a seperate team though just to look for cheats. Most games should do thi. It would make the game better overall.

I don't understand how a team can help? It's prsctically impossible to modify Xbox games, why not implement something that can stop it?

PV is better hands down. I myself do not have it on mine but I have played it at my buddies house and it feels different playing it on XBX to PC. I like the PC version better
